Maintenance of green areas around SPI buildings and properties

Summary

The tender is for maintaining green areas around buildings and properties owned or managed by SPI, on an as-needed basis over four years under a framework agreement. The work includes, among other things, mowing lawns, trimming hedges and shrubs, cleaning access areas and collecting leaves. Additional work may be ordered when needed, such as pruning or felling trees, creating or renovating flower beds, installing barriers and establishing lawns. The contractor will organise the work according to its own schedule and must include necessary supplies and travel in its prices; the list of sites and quantities may change. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 600,000 and will be awarded to one contractor. A tender guarantee of EUR 3,750 is required, and invoices must be submitted electronically. Evaluation weights are: annual maintenance price, 60%; hourly rate for work not listed in the inventory, 15%; description of work organisation and communication with the contracting authority, 10%; operating costs, 10%; and the cost of unscheduled travel, 5%.
