Assessment of French-language skills and preparation of an education report

Summary

The procurement covers assessment of French as a first foreign language in schools in the German-speaking community of Belgium and preparation of an education report. The three lots include language testing in primary and secondary schools, with voluntary testing at two locations of the Centre for Training in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, at levels A2, B1, B2 and C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, as well as preparation of an education report in accordance with the ministry’s requirements. This is a framework agreement with up to five contractors; a bid may be submitted for up to three lots.
