Framework agreement for the supply of liquid medical oxygen

Summary

The procurement is for a 48-month framework agreement covering 2,064,000 m³ of liquid medical oxygen and rental of oxygen storage and vaporisation equipment: one 6,000-litre tank and two 11,000-litre tanks. Subsequent contracts are expected monthly, annually or as needed and subject to the available budget. The maximum value of a subsequent contract covering up to 12 months is RON 896,400 excluding VAT, and the framework agreement ceiling is RON 7,920,000. The framework agreement will be awarded to up to three suppliers, and price is the only award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate compliance with medicines marketing or manufacturing requirements, the ability to transport the product in accordance with ADR rules, experience supplying medical oxygen worth at least RON 896,400 during the last three years, and ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management. The bid must include the required declarations and, where relevant, information about subcontractors or support from other entities.
