Design and construction for urban regeneration along the Cuejdiu River, Section 2, Lot 1

Summary

The procurement concerns the urban regeneration project along the Cuejdiu River, Section 2, Lot 1, in Piatra-Neamt. The contractor must prepare the technical-economic design documentation (PT and DDE), provide technical assistance as the designer, and carry out the construction works. The project includes creating 8,516 m² of public space and developing or extending 2,386 m² of green areas, together with infrastructure for recreation, leisure and outdoor cultural activities. The estimated contract value is RON 63,180,004.16 and the contract duration is 36 months. Bidders must meet professional and technical capacity requirements and provide evidence of at least RON 10 million in cash flow for six months, as well as evidence of quality and environmental management. The bid will be evaluated on price, the contract implementation methodology and the experience of the proposed experts.
