Sludge dewatering system works

Summary

The tender covers a main works contract for the sludge-dewatering system and associated equipment as part of the expansion of Kalundborg Central Wastewater Treatment Plant. The works include a polymer plant, conveyors, a container solution for dewatered sludge, sludge pumps, a sludge storage tank, technical-water and compressed-air systems, a biofilter, and the related electrical and control systems. Building works are procured separately. The estimated contract value is DKK 22.2 million. Tenderers must meet minimum financial requirements of equity of at least DKK 4 million and a solvency ratio of at least 25%, and provide at least two references for comparable sludge-dewatering works at a wastewater treatment plant completed within the previous five years, each worth at least DKK 2 million. Offers will be evaluated on price (40%), technical solution (35%), organisation and team (15%), and environment, sustainability, safety and health (10%). Offers must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 30 November 2026 and remain valid for at least 50 calendar days after the deadline.
