Maintenance and technical support for the University of Patras' photocopiers and multifunction devices

Summary

The University of Patras is procuring maintenance, technical support and operation services for the photocopiers and multifunction devices used by its departments, units and services from 1 April 2027 to 31 December 2028. The procurement is divided into three lots: Xerox devices (€433,007.32), Ricoh devices (€55,854.14) and devices from other manufacturers (€29,506.13), with a total estimated value of €524,367.59. Services will be provided in the Patras area and in Agrinio and Messolonghi. The submission deadline is 16 November 2026 at 15:00.
