Summary

The procurement is for winter snow clearance on local roads, streets and squares in the Vydmantai area. Work is ordered as needed, and the contractor must start within one hour of receiving notice from the responsible municipal official. Services are to be provided between 4:00 and 20:00; the clearance sequence must be agreed within five working days after the contract is signed. The contractor must be able to clear at least 60,000 m² per hour, leave no more than 1 cm of snow after clearance and keep ruts to a maximum depth of 2 cm. Roads must remain passable in both directions, and the cleared width may be reduced by no more than one metre.
