Assistance with inspections of structures

Summary

The contract covers assistance to a bridge inspector carrying out inspections of bridges, culverts and tunnels, including the provision of necessary traffic-management equipment, vehicles and access equipment. It is divided into five lots: West Flanders, East Flanders, Flemish Brabant, Antwerp and Limburg. Bidders may submit offers for all five lots, but a bidder may be awarded no more than three. A framework agreement with one contractor is planned for each lot. Offers must be submitted and signed electronically and remain valid for 120 days. The submission deadline is 10 November 2026 at 09:45. Invoices must be submitted electronically.
