Bottles for infusion solutions and other supplies used in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Summary

The procurement covers seven product groups used in pharmaceutical manufacturing: 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml infusion-solution bottles (80,000, 20,000 and 30,000 units respectively); narrow-neck bottles with screw caps in 10 ml and 100 ml sizes (40,000 and 9,000 units); wide-neck bottles with screw caps, 55 ± 5 g (2,500 units); and stoppers for 10 ml penicillin bottles (25,000 units). Supplied products must meet the technical specification, including its material, dimensional, sterilisation and quality requirements. Bidders must submit copies of product quality documents with their offers and provide samples if requested by the procurement commission. The bidder must complete the European Single Procurement Document and the declaration concerning responsible persons. Ordered goods must be delivered to Kaunas within two weeks of each order. This is a needs-based contract with fixed unit prices; the buyer does not undertake to purchase the maximum quantity. The contract runs until the obligations are fulfilled, for no more than 24 months initially, and may be extended once by 12 months if the need remains.
