Supply of public-works machinery and vehicles

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots for public-works machinery and vehicles. Lot 1 covers 7 backhoe loaders, 2 mini backhoe loaders and 1 jaw crusher, with an estimated value of RON 7,552,625. Lot 2 covers 22 vehicles for transporting people and goods and one 4×4 vehicle equipped for response work and detection of underground utilities, with an estimated value of RON 6,754,990. The successful contractor must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT. Bids are evaluated on price and warranty, and on CO2 emissions for Lot 2. A bidder may submit offers for and be awarded both lots.
