Subscription Services for an Online Video Streaming Platform

Summary

The tender is for an online video platform that Lithuania’s national broadcaster can use to deliver on-demand and live video to viewers over the internet. The supplier must provide and configure an end-to-end software-as-a-service solution and take responsibility for its operation, integrations, security, maintenance, updates and support. National-security conditions also apply, including requirements concerning the origin and eligibility of the bidder, subcontractors and entities whose capacities are relied upon.
