Dynamic purchasing system for hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) fuel

Summary

Isavia ohf. is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for supplies of pure hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO), to be used as fuel for heavy machinery and other vehicles. Interested suppliers may apply to join the system. It will remain open to additional suppliers that meet the participation criteria, and individual purchases will be made through restricted tender procedures. The contract period will be specified separately for each procurement. The deadline for requests to participate is 10 November 2026 at 13:00. No tender guarantee is required.
