Long-term rental of passenger cars with fleet management

Summary

Budapest Gyógyfürdői és Hévizei Zrt. seeks three new five-seat, mid-size passenger cars under a 48-month long-term rental arrangement with fleet management services: one electric car, one hybrid car, and one four-wheel-drive hybrid car. All three vehicles must be of the same make, although their models may differ. The electric car must be emission-free, and both hybrid cars must meet at least the EURO 6d emissions standard. Estimated annual mileage is 20,000 km; the bid must state per-kilometre rates for both under-mileage and excess mileage, with the final mileage adjustment made at the end of the 48-month contract. Assistance services are limited to Hungary. The bidder must provide at least one qualifying reference involving the rental of at least two vehicles with fleet management services for at least 36 months. The bid must include a priced schedule in editable XLSX format and as a company-signed PDF, and identify planned subcontractors and their share of the work. Bids must be submitted electronically in Hungarian. Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation and delivery time for 10%; the offered delivery period must be between 50 and 150 calendar days. The submission deadline is 5 November 2026 at 11:00.
