Disposable medical devices for traumatology

Summary

Plungė Hospital is purchasing disposable medical devices and supplies for traumatology in 15 lots. The lots cover fracture-fixation plates, screws and nails; Kirschner wires; shoulder and meniscus suture anchor systems; arthroscopy optics, light cables, shaver blades and electrodes; locking plate systems; and Gigli saws and guides. For some lots, the supplier must also provide the hospital with instrument sets or other necessary equipment for use free of charge. Bids may cover one or more lots, but must price and meet the technical requirements for every item in each selected lot. The lowest-priced bid wins, and a separate contract will be awarded for each lot. Goods are delivered to the hospital in Plungė against orders, generally within 7 working days of an order. The contract runs until the obligations are fulfilled, for no longer than 24 months; the hospital does not undertake to purchase the maximum quantities. Products must bear the CE mark, be labelled in Lithuanian and comply with medical-device requirements; copies of documents proving CE conformity must accompany the goods. Secondary recyclable packaging is also required unless this conflicts with hygiene requirements. The bid must include a completed price schedule and manufacturer’s technical documents substantiating the offered product parameters. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10 November 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for at least 90 days. Bidders must submit the European Single Procurement Document and the required declarations, including confirmation concerning restrictions related to Russia. The buyer may request samples; if so, they must be delivered to the hospital within 5 working days. No tender guarantee is required.
