Summary

The contract is for the supply of one new, unused self-propelled forestry forwarding tractor meeting the buyer’s technical specification and the purchase contract requirements. Price is the only award criterion: the total offer price, including VAT, must cover all contract performance costs and be fixed and not subject to increase.
