Long-term vehicle fleet rental service
Summary
The procurement covers the long-term rental and fleet management of 43 vehicles for a total of 48 months, divided into five lots for five museum institutions. Lot 1 covers 38 vehicles; the other four lots cover 1, 1, 2 and 1 vehicle respectively. The vehicles remain the lessor’s property. They must be new: no more than 12 months may elapse between manufacture and first registration, and mileage must not exceed 500 km. Vehicle categories and technical requirements are specified in the tender documents. The contract includes arranging vehicle orders, registration and handover; managing insurance and claims; organising seasonal tyre changes; maintenance and repairs; replacement vehicles; roadside assistance; and payment of taxes and fees. Delivery takes 3–6 months depending on the vehicle category. Temporary vehicles must be made available within 15 days of signing until the ordered vehicles are handed over, unless the new vehicles can be delivered by that deadline. The 48-month term starts when the temporary vehicle is handed over. Offers are evaluated on the rental and fleet-management fee (70%) and fuel consumption in combined use (30%). Offers must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 10:00. The procurement is conditional: if a suitable central framework agreement takes effect before the contract is signed, the contracting authority may terminate the procedure or withdraw from signing the contract.
