Purchase of Used Commercial Vehicles 2026

Summary

Debreceni Vízmű is seeking six used commercial vehicles, one in each of six lots: a 7-seat double-cab enclosed box van; two 3-seat enclosed vans; a 6-seat enclosed van; a 3-seat enclosed PU-type commercial vehicle; and a 6-seat enclosed box van. The vehicles must meet the technical specifications in the tender documents and, on delivery, have valid Hungarian registration permitting road use. Equivalent vehicles may be offered, but equivalence must be substantiated if requested. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 11:00. Each bid must include a completed itemised price table in PDF format, a technical data sheet for every lot bid for, and evidence of the vehicle’s technical characteristics. Price accounts for 80% of the evaluation and mileage for 20%; lower mileage is preferred, 50,000 km or less receives the best score, and a vehicle with mileage above 100,000 km makes the bid invalid. The bidder must demonstrate prior experience supplying or selling commercial vehicles; minimum net reference values depend on the lot. No bid guarantee is required.
