Workwear and accessories

Summary

The City of Tournai is procuring workwear, workwear accessories and footwear in 18 lots for various staff groups, including cleaners, museum staff, workers, bus drivers, nursery and pool staff, and outdoor workers. Items include, among others, flame-resistant and rainwear, gloves, gauntlets, coveralls, vests, safety accessories and footwear. This is a 12-month framework agreement with a total maximum value of EUR 222,943.50, to be awarded to one contractor. Bidders must submit samples, technical data sheets and a detailed description, and state the delivery time in calendar days. The award criteria are quality (45%), price (40%) and delivery time (15%). Bids must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for 120 days. Bidders must have completed at least three deliveries of similar value during the previous three years and meet the applicable contractor approval and registration requirements. E-invoicing is required during contract performance.
