Summary

The procurement is for one complete adult nursing simulation system, comprising a full-body female manikin, an instructor control unit with training software, a touchscreen patient monitor, and the accessories and wound-care modules specified in the technical requirements. The manikin must support practice in areas including airway and tracheostomy care, tube procedures, injections, catheterisation, and wound assessment and dressing; the system must simulate clinical scenarios and allow assessment of learner actions. The price must include installation if required and staff training; training must be provided at the delivery location within one month after delivery. The warranty must last at least 12 months, and original or equivalent spare parts must remain available for purchase for at least two years after the warranty expires. The offer must include a copy of a valid document confirming CE marking and a completed offer form identifying the manufacturer and model, together with evidence supporting compliance with the requirements. The European Single Procurement Document must also be submitted. The documents specify no particular turnover, previous-experience or staffing qualification thresholds.
