Supply and support of network equipment and firewalls

Summary

The procurement has two lots. Lot 1 covers the supply of two firewalls for the remote workplaces of the agency responsible for geodesy, cartography and cadastre. Lot 2 covers two firewalls for the needs of the Directorate General for Civil Registration and Administrative Services. In both lots, the contractor must supply new, unused equipment that remains in the manufacturer’s current product range, with the necessary cables, documentation and licences, and meet the technical requirements set out in the tender documents. Lot 1 requires software and hardware support on a 365 × 24 × 7 basis; warranty services in both lots must last at least 36 months. Delivery is due within 30 working days after notice that funding is available and submission of the performance guarantee. The estimated values are EUR 5,200 and EUR 68,990 respectively, excluding VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, and a lot’s tender price must not exceed its estimated value. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9 November 2026. No separate turnover, experience or staffing thresholds are specified, but a tenderer that is not the manufacturer must provide authorisation from the manufacturer or its official representative. The successful tenderer must provide a performance guarantee equal to 1% of its tender price.
