Supply of equipment for hydrogen production and use

Summary

The procurement covers two types of equipment for a research and technology centre in Thessaloniki: one continuous gas analyser that measures hydrogen, oxygen, methane, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide simultaneously, and one autoclave reactor system for the alternative use of biomass and light hydrocarbons. A bidder may tender for up to two lots. Depending on the lot, supply also includes installation, commissioning, demonstration of operation and training for the contracting authority’s staff. The estimated total value is EUR 75,220 and the planned contract duration is six months. To participate, bidders must meet the relevant business activity and registration requirements, demonstrate the required turnover, provide a person responsible for quality control, and hold ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 certification or equivalent evidence. A bid guarantee of 2% must accompany the tender. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 4% of the estimated contract value. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 13:00 on 10 November 2026. Evaluation considers the ratio of price to the technical tender score; a tender scoring below 100 points against the technical criteria will be rejected.
