Supply of Burosumab medicines under Amgros’s 2027 tender

Summary

Amgros is procuring a framework agreement for Burosumab injection medicines for Danish hospitals and hospital pharmacies, in strengths of 10 mg, 20 mg and 30 mg. The estimated quantities are 432, 1,896 and 3,660 units respectively; actual consumption may differ substantially from these estimates. The framework agreement is non-exclusive and creates no obligation to purchase. The ordinary purchasing period is 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2028. It may be extended up to twice for periods of up to 12 months, and delivery options may apply before or after the purchasing period. Price is the sole award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically through Amgros’s tender system, and the company must be registered as a system user; no tender guarantee is required. There are no minimum suitability requirements, but the supplier must hold an EU/EEA authorisation to manufacture, import or wholesale medicinal products, and the medicines must have a valid Danish marketing authorisation and be listed on Medicinpriser.dk. The maximum value of the procurement is DKK 117 million.
