Dynamic purchasing system for the production and supply of silver and gold coins for 2027–2029

Summary

The Czech National Bank is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for the production and supply of silver and gold coins for 2027–2029. The system will run for up to 36 months from its establishment or until the amount specified in the tender documents is exhausted; its estimated total value is CZK 4,090,102,454. Applications to participate must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 11 November 2026. Applicants are not required to prove technical qualifications to join the system. Price will be the sole award criterion in procurements conducted under the system. Contract performance will require lawful employment and fair, decent working conditions for workers, as well as proper and timely payment of subcontractors’ invoices.
