Equipment rental for various sectors

Summary

The procurement covers the rental of equipment for various sectors, including professional tools, energy and fluid equipment, earthmoving machinery, lifting and work-at-height equipment, and landscaping equipment. It is divided into 17 lots: Lots 1–16 are organised by activity and region, while Lot 17 covers special-purpose trolleys and pallet trucks throughout Wallonia. The framework agreement will run for 48 months. The estimated total value is EUR 350,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum total value of supplies is EUR 700,000 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:30 on 19 November 2026. An electronic signature and electronic invoicing are required, and electronic catalogues may not be submitted with the tender. Price is an evaluation criterion. Each tenderer, as well as any entity relied upon to meet the qualitative selection criteria, must submit a European Single Procurement Document (ESPD).
