Handling and recycling of residual fractions

Summary

The tender concerns the collection, removal, transport and proper recovery or recycling of residual fractions consisting of material remnants and labels from collected single-use beverage packaging. It is a framework agreement with up to three partners, a maximum value of EUR 2,500,000 and a planned duration of 48 months from 28 February 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 9 November 2026. Bids will be evaluated on total price (50%), the collection and waste-management concept (20%), response time (15%), quality, sustainability and environmental management (10%), and the share of material recycling (5%).
