Construction of photovoltaic power plants in Petržalka and Senica

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, design and construction of photovoltaic power plants at two wastewater treatment plants. It is divided into two lots: the Petržalka plant, with a planned panel capacity of 531.00 kWp and AC inverter capacity of 498.10 kW, and the Senica plant, with corresponding capacities of 425.70 kWp and 333.10 kW. The works include installing panels, adapting lightning-protection systems, and building or modernising remote control and monitoring systems. For Petržalka, the works also include preparing complete design documentation and the required inspection reports, tests and records; for Senica, they include partial reconstruction of the main transformer station. The combined estimated value of both lots is EUR 1,495,864.96. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 12 October 2026. Price is the only award criterion: the lowest price for the relevant lot, excluding VAT, will be considered. A EUR 20,000 tender guarantee is required for each lot. Bids must remain valid until 31 May 2027, but for no more than 12 months after the submission deadline. Bidders must meet the exclusion conditions and be duly authorised to carry out the relevant works; any other selection requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
