Supply of New, Unused Vehicles

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of 65 new, unused vehicles to Sofia in five lots: 8 pickups, 43 off-road vehicles, 2 M1-class SUVs, 2 plug-in hybrid vehicles with 4×2 drive, and 10 electric M1-class passenger cars. The estimated values of the lots are respectively EUR 290,000, EUR 1,870,000, EUR 80,000, EUR 75,000 and EUR 230,000, for a total estimated value of EUR 2,545,000. The planned contract term is 24 months. During the contract, the buyer may order additional quantities at the agreed prices up to the maximum contract value. For each lot, offers are evaluated on the lowest total price excluding VAT; the price must include all delivery-related costs. Offers must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026. No qualification criteria are set, but the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 2% when signing the contract.
