Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the street water-supply networks in Bistra and Kutlovitsa

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction and rehabilitation of street water-supply networks in the villages of Bistra and Kutlovitsa in the Municipality of Alfatar, divided into two lots. Lot 1 in Bistra comprises 4,025.32 m of street water mains and 1,139 m of building service connections; Lot 2 in Kutlovitsa comprises 2,936.80 m of mains and 845 m of building service connections. The works also include restoring streets and service connections in accordance with the designs and tender documents. The estimated values are EUR 3,274,057.81 for Lot 1 and EUR 2,382,318.15 for Lot 2; a bid for a lot must not exceed that lot’s estimated value. Offers are assessed on price (up to 60 points), execution organisation (up to 30 points) and completion period (up to 10 points). The permitted completion period for Lot 1 is 90–210 calendar days. The notice gives conflicting information for Lot 2: the minimum is stated as “60 (ninety)” calendar days and the maximum as 180 days, so the minimum period should be checked in the tender documents. Works must be organised to minimise interruptions to water supply and disruption to residents. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23 November 2026 for Lot 1 and by 24 November 2026 for Lot 2. The performance guarantee is 5% of the contract value excluding VAT. Any 20% advance payment must be secured by a guarantee covering 100% of the advance, including VAT.
