The tender seeks one complete studio lighting equipment set to upgrade the Lithuanian National Radio and Television’s news studio lighting. The set includes 30 studio lights, 30 beam-limiting honeycomb grids, 2 telescopic operating poles, 15 adjustable lighting drop arms and one lighting control console, together with all accessories, cables and installation materials needed for operation. The lights must, among other requirements, be 300 W LED units with tunable white light covering at least 2800–6500 K, DMX512 control, and compatibility with 16 mm and 28 mm mounts. The console must provide at least 4096 DMX channels, support Art-Net and sACN, have at least four DMX outputs and include a touchscreen of at least 10 inches. All equipment must be new and carry a warranty of at least 24 months. Delivery, installation and commissioning are due within three months of the contract taking effect; the period may be extended once by one month under the contract terms. The procurement is not divided into lots. The environmental requirement is for durable, long-lasting, functional equipment that can be repaired or has replaceable parts. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must submit a completed and signed offer form, the completed technical specification and the European Single Procurement Document. The offer must identify each item’s manufacturer and model and provide specific parameters for each mandatory technical requirement; manufacturer documentation must be included where required. The offer must remain valid for at least 90 days after the submission deadline. No separate selection criteria are set, but the bidder, its subcontractors and any entities whose capacity it uses must meet the exclusion and applicable Russia-related restrictions and be registered in a country permitted by the tender conditions.
