Uniform tailoring services

Summary

The procurement covers two tailoring service lots: white sailor shirts for ceremonial wear and honor guard uniform suits. The suits include specified officer and soldier models for different service branches; garments must be made to men’s individual measurements and to the colors, patterns and details set out in the technical specifications. The contracting authority supplies the main and trim fabrics and insignia for the suits, which the supplier must collect from the designated warehouse in Lithuania under agreed consumption norms. The supplier provides the other materials needed for the suits and is responsible for the shirt materials. The supplier must meet the requirements for materials, sewing quality, labeling, Lithuanian-language care instructions and packaging. Products in both lots must carry a quality guarantee of at least 24 months of active use. Before work begins, the supplier must provide the samples or descriptions of materials and care instructions required for the relevant lot, and, for the suits, estimated fabric-consumption norms for approval. Each item is accepted individually.
