Full-Service Energy-Efficient Hot-Drink Vending Machines and Water Dispensers

The procurement is divided into two lots, and bidders may submit an offer for both. Lot 1 covers a 48-month full-service arrangement for energy-efficient hot-drink vending machines, including replenishment: 11 large machines and 17 tabletop models. The pricing calculation uses estimated quantities for 12 months of 1,550 kg of coffee, 775 kg of decaffeinated coffee and 50,000 cups of other drinks or mixes. Lot 2 covers a 48-month full-service arrangement for 35 freestanding and 25 tabletop water dispensers. Offers for either lot must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for 120 days. In Lot 1, evaluation considers price as well as the sustainability of consumables, machine energy consumption, intervention traceability and the environmental impact of the vehicle fleet used for deliveries and maintenance. Price is the sole award criterion for Lot 2.
