Acquisition of vehicles and equipment

Summary

The City of Verviers is seeking to purchase vehicles through six lots: a utility SUV, a fully electric city car, a fully electric small van, a van for specialist technical work, a garage-mechanics van, and a short-chassis flatbed van. Bidders may submit offers for up to six lots, and alternative offers are not permitted. Bidders must provide a list of their main supplies during the previous three years, including values and dates, together with the required evidence of previous vehicle deliveries. Offers are assessed on price, delivery time and warranty; for lots 4–6, the quality of the vehicle’s functional fit-out is also assessed. A 5% contract security is required for lots 3–6. Offers must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
