Preparation of the reconstruction design and design supervision for Klaipėda’s DN 600 water supply networks

Summary

The contract covers preparation of the technical working design for reconstruction of the water supply networks along Kairių, Perkėlos and Jūrininkų streets in Klaipėda, together with supervision of the design during construction. It includes two parallel DN 600 pipelines, each approximately 2,400 metres long, for a total of about 4,880 metres, as well as additional connections and pipeline sections, including a DN 500 section. The work includes the necessary geological and geotechnical investigations, coordination, permits and, where needed, arrangements for easements. The design must ensure uninterrupted water supply to customers and fire hydrants; supervision is expected to last approximately 15 months during construction. The procurement is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion. The bid must be submitted electronically in Lithuanian, remain valid for at least 90 days and include a bid guarantee of at least EUR 10,000. The bidder must submit the European Single Procurement Document and the required declarations.
