Smart Applications and Actions for the Digital Transformation of the Municipality of Nikolaos Skoufas

Summary

This procurement covers seven lots for the digital transformation of the Municipality of Nikolaos Skoufas: a platform for managing childcare facilities and informing parents; an electronic document workflow and digital-signature system; an electronic payments system; a smart risk warning and response system, including a weather station, an Internet of Things node and a solar panel; digitisation of local cultural heritage, including materials related to the Battle of Peta on 4 July 1822, with interactive applications; cybersecurity infrastructure and a remote-working system; and an e-invoicing system. The estimated total contract value is EUR 275,184.52, and the planned contract duration is 12 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 15:00 on 16 November 2026 and remain valid for 12 months. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio, comparing the offered price with the technical tender’s total score. For each lot, bidders must meet the turnover, previous ICT project and ISO certification requirements and provide a tender guarantee of 2%. Bids may be submitted for, and contracts awarded for, all seven lots.
