Purchase of an inverted microscope

Summary

The procurement is for one complete inverted trinocular biological microscope for observing live cells, cell cultures and biological samples. The package includes phase-contrast objectives meeting the technical specification and a colour digital camera capable of displaying a live image on an external monitor. Key requirements include 4×, 10×, 20× and 40× objectives, camera resolution of at least 2 MP, and live video at 1920 × 1080 pixels and at least 60 frames per second. The microscope must not exceed 290 × 560 × 560 mm, and the warranty must be at least 24 months. The offer must include the European Single Procurement Document and a declaration concerning Russia-related restrictions. Supplier qualification is not assessed separately, but the supplier must confirm that no exclusion grounds apply and be legally entitled to perform the activities required to deliver the contract.
