Rental of construction machinery and vehicles for emergency response

Summary

The Municipality of Thermaikos is seeking a 36-month rental service for construction machinery, trucks and auxiliary vehicles, including their operators and drivers. The service will support prevention and response to natural, technological and human-caused emergencies, including snow and ice, flooding, storms, fires, landslides and ground subsidence. Its purpose is to protect residents and infrastructure and keep roads passable throughout the municipality. The procurement is divided into six groups: backhoe loaders and small loaders; trucks; graders; wheeled and tracked loaders; snow-clearing services; and crane vehicles. Bids may cover one or more groups, but must include every item and the full quantity in each selected group. Prices must stay within the budget for each group, and the lowest-priced bid will be selected separately for each group. The estimated total value is EUR 344,860. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9 November 2026 at 13:00 and remain valid for 12 months.
