Reconstruction of Nymburk Bridge No. 503-004 over the Elbe (II)

Summary

The tender covers reconstruction of bridge No. 503-004 over the Elbe in Nymburk. The works include repairs to the bridge’s load-bearing structure and a change to its structural model, relocation of most utility networks from the bridge into an underground utility corridor, and construction of that corridor beneath the river. The bridge is a protected technical monument, so the works will be supervised by heritage conservation staff. The project also includes the construction section for pedestrian bridge NB05 commissioned by the City of Nymburk, as well as the necessary connection of road II/503 to the reconstructed bridge.
