Cleaning and restoring the flow capacity of the Yazo River in eastern Razlog

Summary

The procurement covers cleaning and restoring the flow capacity of an approximately 2 km stretch of the Yazo River in the eastern part of Razlog. The work includes preparation; removing shrubs and trees; felling and removing individual trees; collecting and sorting branches; pruning tree crowns; and removing small vegetation, mixed waste, mud, dead plant material and household waste. Water may need to be pumped out, and the riverbanks must be shaped. The contract also includes activities to inspect, document and accept the completed work. The planned work period is 90 days. The bidder must demonstrate total turnover of at least EUR 1,500,000 during the last three completed financial years, relevant completed work during the previous three years with a combined length of at least 2,000 linear metres, and a valid EN ISO 9001:2015 certificate or equivalent with a relevant scope. Price is the only award criterion. The estimated contract value is EUR 1,481,799.10. Funding is not secured at the time of the notice: performance is deferred under the draft contract, and if funding is not secured, either party may request termination without notice after three months from contract signature; if funding is not secured within ten months, the contract ends automatically.
