Supply of hygiene, cleaning and disinfectant products and other materials

Summary

Medical University of Sofia is procuring, in seven lots and for a 12-month period, hygiene and cleaning products, detergents, soap, rubbish bags and bins, sanitary and paper products, disinfectants and other hygiene supplies for its units. Deliveries will be made against orders from the university units to locations in Sofia and its Vratsa branch. The supplier must provide transport and unloading at its own expense. Bids must be submitted electronically. Price is the sole award criterion for each lot, and the lowest total-priced bid will be selected. The submission deadline is 30 October 2026. Lots 1 and 2 are reserved for enterprises that include persons with disabilities or disadvantaged people. All lots require a quality management system meeting EN ISO 9001:2015 or an equivalent standard with a relevant scope; Lot 6 also has a relevant-sector turnover requirement. Bidders must complete the item-by-item compliance table, submit a technical bid and state the unit price for each item. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 2% of the contract value excluding VAT for Lots 1 and 2, and 5% for Lots 3–7.
