Recovery of Unpaid Tolls, Fines and Fees

Summary

The tender seeks a provider to recover unpaid tolls, fines and fees charged for the use of tolled facilities in Ireland. The provider must establish accurate, reconcilable business processes, deliver a reliable service at specified performance levels, protect systems and communications against security threats, fraud and cybercrime, and provide a two-way interface with the eFlow operator for customer transactions.
