Supply of reagents, kits and culture media in seven lots

Summary

The Medical University of Varna is procuring laboratory reagents and related supplies in seven lots: reagents for pharmaceutical chemistry analysis; PCR kits and reagents; molecular biology and cell-culture reagents; standards, calibrators and controls; cell-culture media; reagents for the Biosmart 240 instrument and consumables for the Urit-50 analyser; and culture media for the Department of Ophthalmology. The estimated quantities by lot are 443 units across 182 product types, 101 units across 10 types, 30,070 units across 11 types, 16 units across 5 types, 65 packs across 4 types, 24 packs across 8 types, and 23 items across 2 types. The total estimated contract value is EUR 161,635. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. Deliveries must be made within 60 calendar days after receipt of the contracting authority’s written order. The contract term is 12 months and may be extended by up to six months for objective reasons. For lots 1–3, the value of products specified in the technical specifications accounts for 95% of the evaluation and the markup rate for 5%; for lots 4–7, price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in Bulgarian, and bidders must declare that no exclusion grounds apply using the European Single Procurement Document. No qualification criteria are set. The bid submission deadline is 3 November 2026. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 5% when signing the contract.
