General Sewer Cleaning Services

Summary

The procurement covers general cleaning and emptying services at IMOG’s two sites and 11 recycling parks. It is divided into 13 lots and will result in a framework agreement expected to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with three extensions provided for each lot. The total maximum framework amount is EUR 987,927.36. The bid must state the minimum guaranteed response time for a normal intervention, the surcharge for emergency interventions, and the length of the sewer-cleaning hose. Price accounts for 60% and quality for 40% of the evaluation. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 2 February 2027. The bidder must provide references for at least three similar services performed during the previous three years. A 3% performance guarantee is required for lots 1 and 2. The successful contractor must use electronic invoicing.
