Reusable ophthalmic instruments
Summary
The procurement is for reusable ophthalmic instruments for the Hospital of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Kauno Klinikos: 15 microsurgical needle holders, 20 intraocular lens manipulators, 10 eyelid speculums, 10 surgical drape clamps, 5 sterilisation containers, 25 aspiration handles and 25 irrigation handles for bimanual cataract surgery. The products must meet the dimensions, construction and functional requirements in the technical specification and be suitable for automated washing and disinfection and steam sterilisation. Equivalent products are permitted, but all instruments in the set must come from the same manufacturer. The tenderer must submit a copy of a valid CE certificate or EC declaration of conformity with its offer. The buyer may request instrument samples for evaluation or testing. A user manual in Lithuanian must accompany the goods, and delivery costs must be included in the tender price. The warranty must be at least 24 months. Goods must be delivered against a separate order within no more than 8 weeks to Kauno Klinikos in Kaunas. Delivery must take place Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 15:00, outside road-traffic peak hours, using the shortest possible route. Payment is due within 30 calendar days after delivery and receipt of the invoice. The tenderer must submit the required declarations and confirm that no stated exclusion grounds or Russia-related restrictions apply.
