Supply of medical gases

Summary

The procurement is for the supply of medical gases to the Šiauliai Republican Hospital in three lots: compressed medical oxygen in 50-litre cylinders supplied in bundles of 12 (12 bundles), liquid medical oxygen (600,000 kg), and liquefied medical nitrous oxide N₂O in 10-litre cylinders (5,000 kg). Oxygen purity must meet the technical specification’s minimum requirement of 99.5%; oxygen supplied in cylinders must be registered as a medicinal product. For liquid oxygen, the supplier must meet the specified pressure and flow rate and install two cryogenic tanks of different capacities at Kudirkos g. 99 and Architektų g. 77 in Šiauliai, together with vaporizers, remote monitoring and flow-measurement equipment. Bids may cover one, several or all three lots, but must cover the full quantity of each lot offered. Price is the sole award criterion, and prices must be submitted in euros inclusive of all taxes. Goods must be delivered no later than 48 hours after an order, with at least 70% of their total shelf life remaining at delivery. A valid safety data sheet in Lithuanian is required for every supplied gas. For Lot 2, the supplier must provide the cryogenic tanks for use, maintain them and repair them if needed; installation must be completed within one month of the contract taking effect, and medical oxygen supply must remain uninterrupted during the works. The bid must include the completed offer form, the European Single Procurement Document, manufacturer materials proving compliance with the technical requirements, and the required declaration concerning Russia-related restrictions.
