Fuel supply for vehicles and municipal facility heating in 2027

Summary

Rafina-Pikermi Municipality is procuring fuel for vehicles and for heating municipal facilities in 2027. The procurement is divided into three lots: diesel fuel, estimated at €359,232; unleaded 95 RON petrol, estimated at €34,650; and heating oil, estimated at €57,960. The total estimated value is €451,842 excluding VAT and €560,284.08 including VAT. The planned supply periods are 9 months for diesel and petrol and 3 months for heating oil. Price is the only award criterion: bids will be compared based on the highest percentage discount applied to the current certified average retail price in the Attica region. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9 November 2026 at 11:00. A bidder may submit bids for and be awarded a maximum of three lots. Electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
