Consultancy for Project Compliance Assessment and Construction Supervision

Summary

This procurement comprises nine lots of consultancy services for building, road and water-supply projects owned by Dobrichka Municipality. The work includes assessing investment-project compliance where required, supervising construction, and assisting the contracting authority during the construction warranty period with identifying defects and their causes. The lots cover energy-efficiency measures for a municipal building; water pipelines in the villages of Pobeda and Kozloduytsi; sections of roads DOB 3101, DOB1071 and DOB1199; and streets in Zhitnitsa and Paskalevo, including water-supply infrastructure. Bids must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires relevant registration for investment-project compliance assessment and/or construction supervision; Lot 1 also has energy-efficiency registration and team requirements. The successful contractor must provide professional indemnity insurance and a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value excluding VAT.
