Supply of office materials, postal envelopes and thermal products

Summary

The procurement is divided into three lots for the supply of office materials, postal envelopes and thermal products to the administrative building of the Sofia Directorate of the Interior. Office materials include items such as paper and writing supplies, folders, sticky notes, staples, office equipment, shredders and data media; the envelope lot covers white and brown envelopes in various sizes; and the thermal-products lot includes printer, queue-management and cash-register thermal rolls, thermal-transfer ribbons and thermal labels. The estimated values are EUR 51,427.07, EUR 15,391.90 and EUR 18,068.42 respectively, for a total of EUR 84,887.39. Quantities are estimates, and actual orders will depend on the buyer’s needs. Each lot’s contract lasts 18 months, and each periodic order must be delivered within 14 calendar days. Other products within the same categories may also be ordered when needed, at the commercial discount offered by the supplier. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be in Bulgarian and meet the applicable lot’s technical requirements and estimated value. No separate qualification criteria are set; the successful bidder must provide evidence that no exclusion grounds apply before contract signature and provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price excluding VAT.
