High-performance laptops

Summary

Registrų centras is procuring high-performance laptops in two lots. Part I covers 70 laptops: 33 Type I, 35 Type II and 2 Type III devices for more demanding, specialised work. Each type has distinct performance and equipment requirements; for example, Type I and II processors must score at least 33,000 PassMark CPU Mark, and Type III processors at least 55,000. The laptops must be new, factory-assembled and supplied with the required accessories and supporting documents. Delivery is due within three months of contract entry into force to Studentų g. 39, Vilnius. Part I offers are evaluated on the price-quality ratio, while price is the sole award criterion for Part II. No separate bidder qualification criteria are set. The offer must include a completed European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), a signed offer form, details of the proposed products and manufacturer technical documentation. Evidence is also required for compliance with the environmental, energy-efficiency and accessibility requirements, together with declarations on national security and restrictive measures. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Lithuanian public procurement system in Lithuanian or English and remain valid for at least 90 days after the submission deadline. No tender guarantee is required and alternative offers are not permitted. The laptops must have a manufacturer warranty of at least three years; if warranty repair takes more than five working days, an equivalent-or-better replacement product must be supplied while repairs are carried out.
