Tender detail
Acceptance of sludge from municipal wastewater treatment
Summary
The tender covers the acceptance and management of sludge from the Brno-Modřice municipal wastewater treatment plant at the successful tenderer’s waste-management facility, from 2027 to 2030. It is divided into two lots. A tenderer may bid for both and may be awarded both. Lot A concerns sludge with a high dry-matter content. The estimated quantities are 4,500 tonnes in 2027 and 9,000 tonnes in each of 2028, 2029 and 2030. Estimated quantities for Lot B are 20,000 tonnes in 2027, 4,500 tonnes in 2028, and 1,500 tonnes in each of 2029 and 2030. The estimated values are CZK 24,224,850 for Lot A and CZK 65,775,150 for Lot B, for a total estimated value of CZK 90,000,000. The tenderer must account for accepting and transporting the sludge. For Lot A, when the transport distance is up to 100 km, delivery is to the tenderer’s facility; beyond 100 km, it is to the Brno-Modřice wastewater treatment plant. The stated location for Lot B is the Brno-Modřice wastewater treatment plant. Sludge characteristics differ by lot. On request, the successful tenderer can receive the heavy-metal laboratory analysis report for the specific batch. For both lots, the sole award criterion is the lowest price per tonne, including transport and excluding VAT. Invoices are payable within 45 days, and electronic invoicing is required. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 10:00. They must remain valid for four months. No tender guarantee is required. Check the tender documents for the precise qualification and exclusion requirements.
