Surgical sutures

Summary

Plungė Hospital is procuring surgical sutures in 14 lots, including rapidly, moderately and slowly absorbable sutures, non-absorbable sutures and polypropylene mesh. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots; a separate contract will be awarded for each lot, and alternative bids are not permitted. Price is the sole award criterion, and the lowest-priced compliant bid wins. Bidders must submit the completed offer form electronically, the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), the required declarations and manufacturer’s technical documents proving that the offered products meet the specifications. Products must bear the CE mark and comply with medical-device requirements; labelling must be in Lithuanian. The contracting authority may request samples, which must be delivered within five working days. Bids are due by 10:00 Lithuanian time on 5 November 2026 and must remain valid for at least 90 days. The contract provides for needs-based deliveries to Plungė Hospital; ordered goods must be delivered within seven working days of an order. The contract may run for up to 24 months. Bidders must submit the required exclusion-ground and Russian-involvement declarations with their bids.
